Service Description

When it came to creating a Nurturing & Calming space for you & baby to enjoy in Gillingham, I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to combine my two favourite classes together, Baby Massage & Yoga.. When the chance came up to bring classes to Gillingham, I couldn't decide which classes to go with, so I came with a new idea that I hope will bring a calming, welcoming & friendly space for parents & babies in Gillingham.. Baby & Me Wellness will involve learning some of the Core techniques of massage, introducing a different area of the body each week and talking through the key benefits, we start with Legs and each week introduce a different area, the second part of the class will be a relaxing Yoga section where it's aimed at the parents but we get the babies involved! It's totally suitable for beginners, you don't need to bring anything at all apart from you & baby and it's totally baby led.. Following our wellness session, there will be Hot Drinks & Cake and a chance to chat to other parents.. This class is recommended from 6 Weeks to Pre Crawling
